Health and Fitness Training:

The incredible need for our Health and Fitness training services has prompted us to open NOVA Medical Exercise.  Please click here to be taken to to learn more about our exercise training programs. 

Corrective Exercise, Therapeutic Fitness, and Medical Exercise to Functional Movement and Sports Performance, you will be guided step by step from a comprehensive assessment to human movement excellence.  Whether you are trying to alleviate a chronic condition or relieve aches and pains, become a better athlete or just move and feel better, there is a method of training that can help.  Simply put, you will improve your daily activities regardless of what they are.

Personal Protection:

For self-defense, street fighting, and defensive tactics we offer seminars and private lessons in Jeet Kune Do (JKD), submission fighting, and Kali (the Filipino martial art of stick and knife fighting).  We also have a group class on Saturdays from noon-3.


I will design a health and wellness, or self-defense seminar or event that fits your company or groups specific needs.
